I'm just gonna paste the conversation as is...

I hate customer service. I hate scripts that they follow, I hate the fact that they are too oblivious to see a problem when explained.

It can make one understand why there are people who go on shooting sprees.

Yes, but if you click on the tracking number for the order. UPS says it is shipping Ground. And will not be here for 4 business days
