I have a fan club

So, I seem to slowly be becoming the Jarred of the Cholesterol community. people have been writing me to tell how they've been working out and been getting their cholesterol down. No pills, no special meds. Just better eating and exercise.

Way cool. My friends are all getting healthier :-D
